The MacBook Air is slim, stylish and incredibly light, along with 5 hours of battery life and powerful technology should be a good pick for a lot of college students who doesn't like to carry around bulky laptops to classes.

I'm not a huge fan of Macs, but i have to admit they looks awesome
I'm looking to get a mac, but I don't like the airs.
Eh...the airs are too thin for me...especially when they don't come with disk drives. Plus the price is still ridiculous when I can get the same stats for way cheaper.

I'm glad these aren't just glorified Netbooks, as they have been in the past. I work for an ISP, and when working with a customer and asking them if they're hooked in via ethernet, only to find the old Macbook Air's didn't have a port, was awesome. and by awesome I mean super shitty. Still doesn't look like it packs an ethernet port, but atleast it has i5/i7's.
